1. Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You may return products within 2 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, personalized items, and sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lifeisbeautiful.net.in with your order number and reason for the return within 24 hours after delivery with a photo proof.
Return Shipping: Since we do not currently have a shipping partner, return shipping costs will be based on actual charges. After approving your return request, we will provide guidance on the best way to return the product and confirm the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 days.
Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for your next purchase.

We dont not exchange any products once purchased

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
