1. Handcrafted Products
   All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order unless otherwise stated. Minor variations in color, finish, size, or design are inherent to the handmade process and should not be considered defects.
   
   
2. Order Confirmation
   Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or altered unless explicitly agreed upon by our team.
   
   
3. Custom Orders & Personalisation
   Any customization or personalization requests must be clearly communicated and confirmed via email or WhatsApp at the time of placing the order. Once confirmed, they cannot be modified.
   
   
4. Pricing
   All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
   
   
5. Product Photography Disclaimer
   Product images are for representation purposes. Due to lighting and screen resolution differences, actual product colors may vary slightly.
   
   
6. Limited Availability
   Some products are limited-edition or made in small batches. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.
   
   
7. Shipping Timeline
   Since products are made-to-order, dispatch may take 3 - 5 weeks depending on the item. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
   
   
8. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship across India and internationally. For international orders, shipping charges and any applicable customs duties must be borne by the customer.
   
   
9. Packaging

10. Returns & Exchanges
    As most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
    
    
11. Damage During Transit
    In case of any damage upon delivery, we request you to record a video while unboxing the package and share clear images of the affected product at the earliest. 
    
    
12. Warranty
    Our products do not carry a warranty unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
    
    
13. Use & Care
    Please follow the care instructions provided with each product to ensure longevity. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
    
    
14. Data Privacy
    We value your privacy. Your personal details are only used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more.
    
    
15. Promotions & Discounts
    Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period. Offers cannot be clubbed or applied retroactively.
    
    
16. Inventory & Backorders
    Most products are made on demand and are not kept in inventory. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you regarding revised timelines.
    
    
17. Order Tracking
    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
    
    
18. Refusal of Service

    All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
