1. No Returns or Refunds

As most of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

Please ensure that you review product details, measurements, and care instructions carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are considered only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear Videos & Images while Unboxing the product and a description of the issue.
3. Exchange Process

- Once approved, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 7 days.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the item was damaged/incorrect.

Each item is handcrafted and slight variations in color, print, or finish are natural features of artisanal production. These are not considered defects.
